What we bend
The same lines that build our own tool stands
Every miter saw stand, sawhorse and pool ladder we sell starts as straight tube on our own cutting and bending lines. That production — legs, frames, handrails, brackets — is the capability we offer for your parts.
Our rotary-draw benders use an internal mandrel, which keeps the tube round and the inside of the bend free of wrinkles. That matters for parts that slide, telescope or take a visible powder-coat finish.
Typical OEM work: tool and machine stands, folding frames, handrails and ladders, furniture and fitness frames, brackets and welded sub-assemblies.
To quote your part, send:
- • Drawing: PDF plus STEP or DWG
- • Tube material, outside diameter / profile and wall thickness
- • Bend radius, number of bends and tolerances
- • Secondary operations: punching, welding, finish (powder coat, zinc, polish)
- • Quantity per order and per year; packaging; destination port
We confirm tooling, bend radius and any design changes on the quotation before sampling.

Tube bending FAQ
What is mandrel tube bending?+
In rotary-draw bending a mandrel is a support inserted inside the tube at the bend point. It keeps the tube round and stops the inside wall from wrinkling, so tighter bends can be made on thinner-wall tube than with an empty-tube bend.
Do you bend round and square tube?+
Our tool stands, sawhorses and pool ladders use round, square and rectangular steel tube and SUS304 stainless tube, all bent in house. Send your profile and wall thickness and we confirm tooling on the quotation.
Can you weld and powder-coat the bent parts?+
Yes. Bent tubes go on to punching, robotic welding and powder coating in the same factory, and can ship as finished assemblies in your packaging.
Do you take small or one-off jobs?+
We are set up for volume OEM programs — repeat parts and assemblies shipped by the container — not one-off prototypes for local delivery.
