Tube stock is cut to length on an automatic cutting line before bending.
CNC mandrel tube bending
Rotary-draw benders with an internal mandrel keep round and square tube from flattening or wrinkling at the bend.
Stamping & punching
Punch presses for brackets, plates and mounting hardware; forming, flanging and deep draw.
Robotic welding
Robot welding cells give repeatable welds on frames, legs and hinges.
Forming & pressing
Hydraulic presses with robot handling for larger formed parts.
Assembly & packing
Final assembly, retail cartons and export packing on site.

Model XTY-4030 — checks stamped and bent part dimensions against the drawing.
Hardness tester
Verifies hardness of steel parts and heat-affected areas.
Salt spray tester
Model AC-90 — corrosion testing of powder-coated and zinc-plated finishes.
