Rotary-draw benders with an internal mandrel keep round and square tube from flattening or wrinkling at the bend.
Stamping & punching
Punch presses for brackets, plates and mounting hardware; forming, flanging and deep draw.

Choosing a model
Gravity-rise or folding rail stand?
Gravity-rise stands (HS7801, HS7802) keep the saw mounted while the frame folds and rolls — best for crews moving heavy sliding saws every day. Rail stands (HS7803–HS7806) are lighter and cheaper to ship, and the rails support long stock.
Which load rating should a retail line carry?
Most private-label lines pair one 200 kg rail stand with one 450 kg gravity-rise stand. The rating is set by tube diameter and wall thickness, which we can change to hit a price point.
Wheels or no wheels?
Wheeled versions add about 2.5 kg and some carton volume. For box-store programs the non-wheeled version usually ships more units per container.

Do your miter saw stands fit all brands of miter saw?+
The quick-action mounting brackets fit most 10 in and 12 in miter saws. Send us the saw models your customers use and we will check bolt spacing before sampling.
Can you change the color and add our logo?+
Yes. Powder-coat color, logo on the rails or brackets, and retail packaging are all set per order.
How are the stands packed?+
Each stand ships folded in a carton. Carton size and units per 40HQ depend on the model; we confirm them on the quotation.
