Questions importers ask first
What is your MOQ?+
500 units per model. For bulky models such as rolling stands, one full 40HQ container (about 300 units) is accepted.
Can you make our private label?+
Yes. Powder-coat color, logo on the frame, instruction sheet and retail carton are all made to your artwork.
Can you change an existing model or build to our drawing?+
Yes. Tube bending, stamping, robotic welding and powder coating are all done in our factory, so design changes and new frames go through sampling without outside suppliers.
Is your factory certified?+
Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015 (certificate 02025Q2285R2S, scope: electric tool accessories and stamping parts, valid until 2028-12-07). Product testing for your market (for example EN or ANSI standards) can be arranged at the third-party lab you choose.
What is the lead time?+
Approx. 45 days after deposit. New colors or packaging add time for artwork approval and samples.
