Frames are cut, bent, stamped, welded and powder-coated in house. Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015 (certificate 02025Q2285R2S).
CNC mandrel tube bending
Rotary-draw benders with an internal mandrel keep round and square tube from flattening or wrinkling at the bend.
Stamping & punching
Punch presses for brackets, plates and mounting hardware; forming, flanging and deep draw.

Robot welding cells give repeatable welds on frames, legs and hinges.

Single roller or ball-transfer top?
Our current model uses a single steel roller on sealed bearings. Ball-transfer and multi-direction tops can be developed for an OEM program.
