Frames are cut, bent, stamped, welded and powder-coated in house. Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015 (certificate 02025Q2285R2S).
CNC mandrel tube bending
Rotary-draw benders with an internal mandrel keep round and square tube from flattening or wrinkling at the bend.
Stamping & punching
Punch presses for brackets, plates and mounting hardware; forming, flanging and deep draw.
Robotic welding
Robot welding cells give repeatable welds on frames, legs and hinges.
Choosing a model
Tool stand or workbench?
Tool stands (HS2803, HS2804) hold a saw or tool on a universal mount. Workbenches (HS2809, HS2810) have a worktop you clamp to. Sub-bases (HS2801, HS2805) sit under a benchtop saw.
What drives the price?
Tube diameter and wall thickness, top material (steel, bamboo, glass-fiber nylon) and folded size. We can adjust any of the three.

What is the load rating of your folding work stands?+
Between 100 kg and 200 kg depending on the model; each product page lists the rated load.
Can you make a work stand to our drawing?+
Yes. We bend, stamp, weld and powder-coat in house, so a new stand from a drawing goes through sampling without outside suppliers.
